Ordering
All orders must be placed online via this website.
When you place your order you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. These email confirmations are produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfil that order immediately.
Orders are processed speedily, usually within 48hrs, if an item is out of stock and not due in within 7 days, you will be immediately notified of this and a refund for the goods offered.
If the product is not available we will also notify you via email. In the event of a product being unavailable the payment made for the product will be refunded in full.
Product Availability
We always try to keep our stock figures as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all products are always available. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered you will be notified via email and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited.

Payment
Payment must be made at point of ordering via Google Checkout, Nochex or Paypal which accept all major credit and debit cards and do not charge fees for paying for products, or your own PayPal account
No card details are kept on this site, all payment information is secure as payment direct with Nochex or Paypal

Delivery Charge On European Orders Will Be Calculated On Weight.
Due To Diversity Of Weight & Size Of Many Of Our Products, Some Items May Be Very Expensive To Ship
Please note All Customers Outside UK Must Be Aware Of There Own Countries Customs & Import Duties! We are not responsible for these costs.
Delivery
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail or Courier, dependant on size and weight. Your order will usually arrive within a week, occasionally delays do occur however, please keep this in mind, feel free contact us regarding any delay that concerns you. I am here to help you.
Delays are always a possibility, mostly they are outside our control ie Postal Disputes, Volcanic Ash or Earthquakes, things do happen, please allow for acts of nature & unions!
Usually most items are with the customer within the week
Important - Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as no responsibility can be taken by us for incorrect information.
If the carrier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement.
In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us there are two options. The package can be despatched again on payment of the additional shipping cost or a refund will be made, minus any costs to us for the original shipping and return.
We reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments; however this will be at no extra cost
Damage In Transit
It is the customers responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. We must be notified no later than 7 days after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to support our claim against the carrier.
Returns Policy
We offer a no quibble refund
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, please check your purchase on receipt, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty, or not the item ordered then please contact within 7 days of receipt to inform us of your intent to return the product.
You will need to provide product details, a description of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement. We will then provide you with the return address or any assistance required.
Note: We must be notified of items to be returned within 7 days of receipt. The item must be received by us within 21 days.
Goods which are given free, or as part of an offer, are not exchangable or refundable unless the full offer is returned subject to normal terms and conditions.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. The customer is responsible for the item until it is received.
Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement to the customers satisfaction.
This does not affect your statuary rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed via original purchase transaction.
